TIVA Invest Real LLC is the U.S. residential real estate investment and development platform of TNI Group.
Since 2012, we have focused on acquisitions, ground-up development, redevelopment and active property management in Southwest Florida, particularly in Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach.
We pursue carefully selected opportunities where local market knowledge, disciplined underwriting and hands-on project execution can create sustainable long-term value.
